DAILY RECORD SHOOTS VIDEO OF RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY DEDICATING 40 PARK & METROPOLITAN AT 40 PARK IN DOWNTOWN MORRISTOWN

State and local officials joined business leaders and developers on Thursday, April 22nd, to cut a ceremonial ribbon dedicating the new 40 Park condominium building and Metropolitan at 40 Park rental building which were developed by Roseland Property Company and Woodmont Properties on the former site of the Epstein’s Department Story in downtown Morristown, NJ.  The Daily Record was on hand to shoot a news video of the event.
