LENNAR TO INTRODUCE COVENTRY PARK TOWNHOME CONDOMINIUMS IN SCENIC MORRIS PLAINS

Interested Buyers Registering for VIP Opening Weekend Early October

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. (September 14, 2011) — One of Morris County’s most desirable suburban towns for families and commuters will soon be home to Lennar’s newest luxury community, Coventry Park at Morris Plains.

Coventry Park will feature 70 luxury townhome condominiums tucked away in a quiet- but-centrally-located community that New Jersey Monthly recently named one of New Jersey’s “Best Places to Live.” The location is just about a mile away from the Morris Plains train station and downtown Morristown’s quaint colonial shopping and dining district.

Lennar is introducing the new community during a special VIP Opening Weekend in early October to prospective buyers who will have an opportunity to purchase the two- and three-bedroom homes at pre-construction prices starting from the mid-$300s.  The Chadwick design features 1,432 square feet with two bedrooms, three baths and a one-car garage, while the Hampton offers 1,779 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a one-car garage.  Interested buyers can register to receive an invitation to the VIP event by calling Jakki Marousek at (732) 423-3810.

“Today’s sophisticated buyers are looking for quality, value, convenience and a location that gives them an opportunity to lead an active, exciting lifestyle,” said Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division.

“Coventry Park was conceptualized to answer that demand.  Buyers will enjoy all of the luxuries of a private home in a beautiful, suburban town, yet be just minutes from everything Morris County has to offer. And thanks to our unrivaled Everything’s Included program, each home will offer the most desirable features and upgrades, all included in the price.”

Located on Littleton Road of Route 202, Coventry Park is just minutes from Routes 287, 24 and 80 and other major highways. New York City commuters will find it a convenient, 45-minute drive into Manhattan, while the nearby Morris Plains and Morristown train stations both offer quick, efficient mass-transportation into the city.

Coventry Park will be close to everything that today’s lifestyle demands. A number of gourmet restaurants and boutique shops are near the community, as well as parks, hiking trails and preserved woodlands. The nearby Frelinghuysen Arboretum is a local treasure, offering more than 127 acres of beautifully-landscaped passive recreation space. The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Mayo Performing Arts Center and Washington’s Headquarters historical site all provide cultural stimulation less than a five-minute drive away.

In addition to its ideal location, New Jersey Monthly Magazine named Morris Plains number 33 on its list of the top 100 “Best Places to Live” in the state, citing the community’s excellent schools, reasonable property taxes and microscopic crime rate.

Recent Homebuyers Revel in Resort-Inspired Lifestyle at Lennar’s Greenbriar Stonebridge

Buyers at Lennar’s Greenbriar Stonebridge have something in common: once they tour the active adult community in Monroe Township, they can’t wait to start enjoying the resort-like lifestyle it offers.

A number of recent buyers decided to purchase after viewing the community’s model homes and dramatic amenities because they wanted to take advantage of the great prices and they simply didn’t want to wait any longer to start living the incomparable Greenbriar lifestyle. Some, in fact, didn’t even wait to sell their existing homes first, opting instead to moving forward right away. With a spacious new home, welcoming neighbors and a vibrant new way of life, they couldn’t be happier with their decision.

Stan Sarama and his wife, Nola, moved to Greenbriar Stonebridge because they wanted to live in a friendly community with lots of social and recreational activities. They moved from their five-bedroom home in Manalapan into a Sussex II home, which boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a family room, a study and 2,550 square feet of living space.

“We did some comparison shopping and by far, Lennar offered the best value for the money,” Mr. Sarama said. “What came standard in this house was an extra in just about every other community we looked at. I’m very happy with the price point and the house itself, but more importantly, there is a true sense of community here. I’m good friends with every one of my neighbors on my cul-de-sac and we didn’t have that in our old home.”

The Saramas have found their home to be quite spacious, thanks to the open floor plan. They can seat more than 25 people when they entertain and the kitchen is gracious and efficiently designed. The two-car garage and the loft above it provide the couple with plenty of storage space.

After moving into Greenbriar Stonebridge, the Saramas quickly became active in the community. Mr. Sarama, who retired two years ago from his job as President of a small business in Cranbury, is a part of the Men’s Club and will soon be joining the Photography Club. He likes being able to participate in as many or as few activities as he wants to.

“Tuesday night I went with the Men’s Club to see a ball game. Friday night we’re going to a concert,” Mr. Sarama said. “It’s a lot of fun living here. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the market.”

Other recent buyers praise Greenbriar Stonebridge for its vitality and friendly atmosphere. They enjoy the young feel of the community and the fact that they can be comfortable whether they decide to participate in multiple activities or none at all. With many clubs and organizations available that cater to a variety of interests and activity levels, there is something for everybody at Greenbriar Stonebridge.

With several distinct housing types offered at varying price ranges and the state’s largest recreational clubhouse highlighting an incomparable resort-like lifestyle, Greenbriar Stonebridge is one of the most coveted active-adult communities in New Jersey.

Homebuyers can choose from among 16 distinctive designs ranging from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet that comprise the community’s three neighborhoods of Twin Homes priced from the upper-$200s, Signature Homes priced from the $300s and Estate Homes starting in the low-$400s. The cutting-edge designs, which offer up to three bedrooms and three baths and include finished second-floor lofts depending on the home, are situated on beautiful, tree-lined streets that wind their way throughout the community. The homes are enhanced by Lennar’s nationally-celebrated Everything’s Included program which includes today’s most popular features and appointments already included in the purchase price. A number of Quick Occupancy homes are available at reduced pricing.

The community’s 41,000-square-foot clubhouse features a grand ballroom, magnificent theater with stadium seating, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, full-service spa, card room, computer center and meeting rooms. Greenbriar Oceanaire Offers the Amenities of a Luxury Resort Right at Home

For the residents of Greenbriar Oceanaire, enjoying the amenities, services and lifestyle of a luxury resort doesn’t necessitate traveling thousands of miles to a far-off destination; it’s just a matter of walking out their front door.

Lennar’s award-winning active adult community in Waretown, just north of Long Beach Island, is the ultimate “staycation” with an exclusive country club offering of championship golf, indoor and outdoor pools, a spectacular 38,000 square foot clubhouse, and a convenient location just minutes from one of New Jersey’s most upscale beach towns and numerous marinas for boating enthusiasts, not to mention the bright lights of Atlantic City.

“Lennar has been at the forefront of rethinking traditional active adult living concepts which resulted in the creation of true lifestyle communities for those 55 plus,” notes Don Bompensa, President of the New Jersey Division.

“Greenbriar Oceanaire is a perfect example of how far active adult communities have evolved, and how much fun active adult buyers are having.”

The cornerstone of the community’s resort-like lifestyle is its magnificent 38,000-square-foot clubhouse, where state-of-the-art recreational facilities combine with numerous classes and activities to nurture the growing focus on maintaining a healthy body and mind.

Winner of the New Jersey Builders Association’s “Best Clubhouse” award, the magnificent clubhouse offers year-round entertainment with its indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and boccie courts, a fully equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms, a grand ballroom and a Grille Room.

“Today’s active adults are vital and energetic and expect a lifestyle that accommodates that mindset,” says Debbie Hooper, Greenbriar Oceanaire’s Lifestyle Director. “In keeping with that, we strive to provide a wide variety of classes and activities such as Tai Chi and Qigong. Trips are also arranged for residents, but while we still offer day excursions to Atlantic City, New York City and Philadelphia, we’ve taken it to a grander scale with ventures abroad to China, Turkey, the Greek Isles and Ireland. Residents also take it upon themselves to organize and participate in activities, including live bands, cabaret nights and live resident performances, to name a few.”

Greenbriar Oceanaire is also known for its incomparable Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship golf course that is located completely within the community and challenges players on all levels.

“While the golf course is one of our most celebrated amenities, people might be surprised to hear that many of our residents don’t even play golf,” Mr. Bompensa points out. “However, they still love the idea of living in a community with a golf course as it provides a spectacular backdrop of scenic, open green space, rolling hills and water features. But our Greenbriar communities have always been about creating an all-encompassing lifestyle that allows residents to live life to its fullest, no matter what their interests are, and Greenbriar Oceanaire is an excellent example of that.”

Furthering the stay-at-home resort lifestyle is the fact that homebuyers can live in one of eight distinctive single-family homes designs within the Greenbriar Oceanaire community, which features 1,400 single-family homes spread throughout 888 rolling acres of picturesque landscape. Less than 300 of the home sites remain available for sale. The ranch homes range in size from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet of living space and are priced from the $300,000’s.

Found throughout the homes are upscale interior appointments
including dramatic vaulted, sloped or step ceilings; oversized windows and ceramic tile floors. Kitchens include GE Profile stainless steel appliances, breakfast nooks and granite countertops; while sumptuous master baths feature Roman-style soaking tubs, separate shower stalls, double vanity sinks and decorator vanity cabinets.

Lennar to Offer Active-Adults Savings and More at Valentine’s Day Event

Lennar, one of the nation’s largest and most respected home builders, invites active-adult buyers to fall in love with the home of their dreams during a special Valentine’s Day event to be held at all three Greenbriar residential communities in New Jersey on Saturday and Sunday, February 19th and 20th.

During the event – which will take place from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm both days – guests will enjoy light refreshments, tour furnished model homes, learn more about Lennar’s new “Everything’s Included PLUS” program, and have opportunities to take advantage of special incentives of up to $100,000 on Quick Occupancy homes, depending on floorplan and community.

Unveiled just last month, the already-successful Everything’s Included PLUS program offers buyers the chance to purchase a new home complete with a long list of upscale features and designer upgrades such as whirlpools, granite countertops, surround sound systems and other customized finishing touches, all rolled into one affordable PLUS package price. It is an enhanced version of Lennar’s popular “Everything’s Included” platform, a sophisticated program launched in 2006 that offers the national homebuilder’s most popular upgrades and features already included in the purchase price.

The Valentine’s Day event will be held at Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township.

“We sold 15 homes during the first three days the Everything’s Included PLUS program was available, so clearly we’ve tapped into an area that’s resonating with buyers,” notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division. “It’s an opportunity to enjoy exceptional value and convenience while becoming part of a true resort-style community.”
