Larken Associates' Greenwich Commons

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. – Raider Realty, the exclusive broker for Larken Associates’ commercial properties, ended 2009 with more than 380,000 square feet of space leased during the past year at the company’s retail, medical, professional office and industrial space in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Included in the impressive total were 168,542 square-feet of new leases signed and 215,865 square feet of lease renewals at Larken’s 25-plus portfolio of commercial complexes.

Victor Kelly, a Raider Realty vice-president, was responsible for new leases signings such as No Body Denied to a 21,500 sq.-ft. lease and Stew Leonard’s to a 12,680 sq-ft. lease at Echo Shopping Center and Planet Fitness to a 20,469 sq.-ft. lease at Allentown Commons.  Mr. Kelly also inked a 15,000 sq.-ft. lease renewal by Sandlot Express at Hillsborough Business Center and a 9,809 sq.-ft. lease expansion for Linde at Greenwich Commons.

Robert Marek, another Raider Realty vice president, served as the broker for a 5,272 sq.-ft. lease renewal to United Cerebral Palsy of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey at the Williamsburg building, a 4,864 sq-.-ft renewal by Town Mills Craft Center at Hillsborough Business Center, a 2,240 condominium sale at the Courtyard at Amwell to Dr. Slotter: Foot & Ankle Center of New Jersey and new lease signings including 6,611 sq.-ft of space to Systematic Financial Associates at Branchburg Commons and a 2,089 sq-ft lease to Wash Basket Blues at Allentown Commons.
