
Openaka, Inc., a nationally-recognized engineering consulting firm, has signed a four-year lease to occupy 4,019 square feet of space at Branchburg Commons, a 15-building, 116,500 sq.-ft professional and medical office campus located directly on Route 22 in Branchburg Township, according to Victor Kelly, a vice president of Raider Realty, the exclusive broker for Larken Associates, who handled the transaction.
The Hillsborough, N.J.-based company also announced Alliance Martial Arts School has leased 3,053 square feet of space at Kingsbridge Center, a retail, medical and professional office complex located at the intersection of Amwell Road and South Branch Road in Hillsborough Township. Robert Marek, another Raider Realty vice president, served as broker for the signing.
