WALGREEN’S AND COMMUNITY FIRST BANK JOIN TENANT LIST AT ECHO EXECUTIVE PLAZA OFFICE BUILDING IN SPRINGFIELD, N.J.

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. — Larken Associates has signed two new leases totaling nearly 12,000 square feet of space at the newly-renovated Echo Executive Plaza Office, the 40,880 square foot, three-story Class A office building located at 899 Mountain Avenue in the Union County, N.J. Town of Springfield.

Walgreen’s, the nation’s largest pharmacy and health wellness chain, has reserved 8,242 square feet at the building and Community First Bank has signed a ten-year lease to occupy 3,638 square feet, according to Victor Kelly, Vice President of Raider Realty, the exclusive leasing agent for Larken Associates, who arranged both lease signings.
