VALUE COMPANIES TAKES HOME FOUR AWARDS AT NEW JERSEY APARTMENT ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CEREMONIES

CLIFTON, N.J. – It was an exciting and extremely gratifying night for Value Companies when the New Jersey Apartment Association presented its 17th annual Garden State Awards at the Hyatt Regency-New Brunswick on October 21st.

The Clifton, N.J. based developer, owner and manager of rental communities throughout New Jersey and beyond took home four awards for three properties during the annual gala which honors the state’s most exceptional residential apartment management companies and professionals.

Gateways at Randolph in Morris County received recognition for “Best Managed Property – More Than 200 Units” and “Best Curb Appeal,” Fox Hill Apartments in Passaic County’s Passaic was cited for “Best Managed Property – Less Than 200 units” and 140 Mayhill in Bergen County’s Saddle Brook was awarded “Best Managed Property – Mid/High-Rise.”
