Arias Club 360°, the recently-completed landscaped rooftop at Arias Park Slope, was on full display recently when the 12-story upscale rental building hosted a special event to reveal the magnificent recreational amenities to real estate brokers from Brooklyn and beyond.
As the day ended and dusk fell, glittering 360° views of the Manhattan skyline, Vetrazano Bridge and Prospect Park magically appeared. Attendees enjoyed cocktails and hors d’eourves while receiving a first peak at the world-class Arias Club 360° roof terrace, which includes private cabanas and sun beds overlooking a lush landscaped lawn, a soothing water feature, a massive fire pit with searing, a grill, bar, and dining area.
Hosted in partnership by the community’s developer, The Iconic Group, and its exclusive leasing and marketing firm, The Marketing Directors, Inc., the event also provided an up close look at the Arias Courtyard which offers a putting green and seating area and the Arias Terrace which features an outdoor garden and seating area.
