HOWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Saturday, November 11th, K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods will host the grand opening of a brand-new fully-furnished model home designed to showcase the community’s “Anegada II Loft” floorplan.
Featuring an open concept layout, expansive first floor owner’s suite, and large loft that effectively serves as a second living area, the Anegada II model highlights a floorplan that was only recently made available by K. Hovnanian® Homes. Tours will be available during the grand opening event and every day thereafter between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The opening of the Anegada II Loft model at K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods comes at an exciting time for the community. In June, the community opened a stunning, 6,830 square-foot clubhouse which residents have embraced wholeheartedly as a hub of recreation and social activity.

Both single-story designs and two-story designs are available at K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods. The community’s single-story designs offer both two-bedroom, two-bath layouts and two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath layouts. The two-story homes offer two-bedroom, two-bath and three-bedroom, three-bath layouts. Each two-story home features a sumptuous owner’s suite on the first floor and a prominent loft space on the second floor. The three-bedroom homes also include one bedroom on the second floor.
The new Anegada II Loft floorplan complements the community’s existing designs, but also delivers a fresh new perspective.
