Claremont Development is set to unveil a new 240-unit luxury multifamily project in Park Ridge, offering a downtown location and immediate access to the borough’s train station.
Known as The James, the complex at 87 Madison Ave. is the result of a long-awaited redevelopment that also includes street-level retail space, structured parking and a public plaza. The Morristown-based builder is preparing to launch leasing this spring and offer immediate occupancy at the collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
