OLD BRIDGE – A new rental community is open for leasing in the township.
Located at 99 Old Amboy Road, near Routes 9 and 18, 99 Bridge is a collection of 150 rental residences complemented by an array of lifestyle amenities, according to the community’s developers, BNE Real Estate Group and Sterling Properties.
Renters can choose from a variety of brand new one- and two-bedroom residences.
Monthly rental rates start from $2,280, with special grand-opening incentives of up to two months free available for a limited time.
