Luxury Rentals in New York Metro Area Celebrate Ribbon Cutting

Spring and early summer have been a busy time at several luxury rentals in the New York Metro area. Cahn PR was grateful to arrange an number of ribbon cuttings to formally unveil upscale buildings in Rahway, Rutherford and Hackensack in New Jersey and Stamford, CT.

THE MINT | RAHWAY

The final phase of a transformative new rental community in downtown Rahway, NJ was officially unveiled when Rahway Mayor Raymond Giacobbe joined principals from joint-venture developers Fields Grade and Slokker USA for a special ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome the second luxury building at The Mint.

The celebratory event occurs just two months after the eye-catching six-story building opened to enthusiastic renters who have since leased an impressive 50 percent of the 109 studios, one- and two-bedroom homes in the newest phase.   The Marketing Directors is the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.

THE PARKER 118 | Rutherford

Leasing officially launched for the second residential building at The Parker, the boutique offering of luxury rental residences and street-level retail space that has elevated a stretch of Park Avenue in Downtown Rutherford, NJ just two blocks from borough’s train station.

Mayor Frank Nunziato and fellow municipal officials recently joined Vango Development for a ceremonial ribbon cutting to officially grand open the collection of 60 stylish apartments and contemporary amenities located at 118 Park Avenue.

IVY AND GREEN | HACKENSACK

Hackensack city leaders recently joined principals of development partners Hornrock Properties and GTIS Partners to formerly open Ivy and Green, a new luxury rental community that represents the latest example of the administration’s vision to reimagine the downtown with new mixed-use developments.

Mayor John Labrosse and Deputy Mayor Kathleen Canestrino led a special ribbon cutting ceremony marking the completion of Ivy and Green’s first phase of 221 well-appointed rental residences and next-level indoor and outdoor amenities. The development was praised for further energizing downtown Hackensack and bridging its bustling River and Main Streets to Foschini Park and the Hackensack River waterfront.

THE HAZEL STAMFORD | STAMFORD, CT

With the cut of a ceremonial ribbon, Stamford officials, business leaders and other dignitaries formerly marked the arrival of The Hazel Stamford, a new luxury rental building that has been enriching the city’s vibrant Harbor Point neighborhood since its grand opening.

Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons recently joined development principals from Fields Grade and Alpine Residential for the ceremony which took place on the seven-story building’s outdoor landscaped deck. The event was held as The Hazel continues to experience strong rental activity with more than 80% of the building’s 183 residences now leased.
