National, KRE Group top out 360-unit apartment building in Philadelphia

A joint venture has completed vertical construction for a new 360-unit apartment building in Philadelphia, where it hopes to welcome its first residents in early 2024.
The developers, National Real Estate Advisors and Kushner Real Estate Group, have said the project at 200 Spring Garden St. will integrate the city’s Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods while offering upscale rentals and amenities. They expect to launch preleasing in December at what’s now known as The Noble, having topped out the 13-story project alongside Hunter Roberts Construction Group and hundreds of men and women from the building trades.
