A new 25-story residential living tower is under construction right outside the Journal Square PATH Station in Jersey City.
This is the second tower in Jersey City by the building’s developer, Urby, and is its seventh location nationwide. On Tuesday, the project’s final vertical beam was placed and it is expected to be completed in its entirety in Spring 2024.
