The West Side of Jersey City has taken another step in transforming its image from an old industrial and commercial area to a hip section of the city.
The 337-unit Birch House, at 49 Fisk St., was officially opened Thursday by Halpern Real Estate Ventures (HREV), Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop and other local officials.
Praised from its harmonious blend of luxury and green-centric design, Birch House is offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes starting from $1,995 per month, with immediate occupancy available.
