One of Jersey City’s most dynamic neighborhoods just got a little more room: The Journal Square Urby announced it has begun leasing 317 new apartments.
The 25-story tower, located at Pavonia and Summit Avenues, is directly across from the Journal Square PATH station. It offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Monthly rents start in the $2,800’s, and grand opening leasing specials are being offered for a limited time. Immediate occupancy is available.
