KABR Group and Hornrock Properties have broken ground on a new six-story luxury multi-family rental building at 95 Challenger Road, marking the first multi-family development within Ridgefield Park’s Overpeck Corporate Center and a major milestone for the 60-acre mixed-use campus located just five miles west of Manhattan.
Principals from both firms were joined by Mayor Adam MacNeill, municipal officials, and local dignitaries to celebrate the start of construction on the 216-home community. Set along the banks of Overpeck Creek and adjacent to the 805-acre Overpeck Park, the development will offer modern residences, a full suite of amenities, and 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The community will also include 22 affordable apartments, reinforcing Ridgefield Park’s commitment to providing diverse housing options.
