By Stephanie Loder | NJ.com A 29-story residential building in Jersey City with 622 luxury apartments and a swimming pool on the roof, is now accepting tenants.
The Greyson, at 25 Cottage St. in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood, is offering various units ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments, starting at $2,700 per month.
The high-rise building, developed by Nasser Freres with design by Handel Architects, is offering up to two months of free rent as a grand opening incentive, according to The Marketing Directors, which handles marketing and leasing for the property.
