LONG BRANCH, NJ – Dozens of New Jersey Brokers took to the beach recently to tour the newly-furnished model residences and exciting new amenities at Pier Village, the mixed-use community of upscale rental residences, boutique shops and restaurants located along the oceanfront in Long Branch, NJ.

The late-afternoon party drew brokers from as far south as Point Pleasant and up to Red Bank and beyond, many of whom were visiting the community for the first time, according to Applied Development Company, Pier Village’s developer.

Those on hand enjoyed a mouth-watering montage of culinary delights from Avenue — one of the many celebrated restaurants that make up Pier Village’s unique resort-like atmosphere — before touring the community’s two professionally-merchandized model homes which effectively illustrate how the open floorplans and design elements complement this exceptional oceanfront setting.
In addition, brokers were shown Pier Village’s new offering of exciting resident-only amenities which include a billiards lounge with flat screen TVs and an outdoor pool.

“We were very happy with the turn-out and were thrilled with the overall reaction to our new residences,” notes Greg Russo, a Vice President with Applied Development Company. “Many of the Brokers actually specialize in for-sale properties and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and luxury found in our rental homes.”

Pier Village’s new phase of 216 rental residences — many of which are already rented and occupied — are available at monthly rents starting in the $1,400’s. The homes are located in four new buildings that add a modern twist to the existing Victorian-inspired architecture.

“The homes — many of which offer balconies — offer open layouts that are flooded with natural light, and feature wall-to-wall carpeting and expansive windows with privacy blinds in the bedrooms,” notes Jacqueline Urgo, President of The Marketing Directors, Inc., Pier Village’s marketing and exclusive leasing agent.

“Gourmet kitchens boast custom cabinetry and a full complement of GE appliances, including individual washers and dryers in every home, while bathrooms are clad in ceramic tile accented by polished chrome fixtures. Onsite parking is also available.”

The oceanfront community offers a vibrant, year-round destination with more than 30 restaurants and boutique shops and a number of recreational and social activities including live theater, concerts, outdoor movies, farmers markets, arts & crafts exhibits, food festivals, and holiday activities.
