The late-afternoon party drew brokers from as far south as Point Pleasant and up to Red Bank and beyond, many of whom were visiting the community for the first time, according to Applied Development Company, Pier Village’s developer.
Those on hand enjoyed a mouth-watering montage of culinary delights from Avenue — one of the many celebrated restaurants that make up Pier Village’s unique resort-like atmosphere — before touring the community’s two professionally-merchandized model homes which effectively illustrate how the open floorplans and design elements complement this exceptional oceanfront setting.
