SK Properties Reports 40% Increase In 2009 Transactions Over Previous Year

BEDMINSTER, N.J. – SK Properties has consummated one of the largest office transactions in the state of New Jersey this year, signing a long term lease for 45,000 square feet of class A office space with GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. at Bedminster One in Bedminster, New Jersey.

GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. — a global online trading services provider which is relocating within the town of Bedminster — brings occupancy at the 167,000-sq.-ft. office building to over 80%, according to Justin J. Gingeleskie, Director of Leasing for SK Properties. GAIN is set to move into its new space in December.

“This is the eighth transaction we’ve consummated at Bedminster One this year, including leases with HCL America, Inc., Symyx Technologies, Inc. and ING,” notes Mr. Gingeleskie. “More importantly, SK Properties has already completed 50 leases this year — a 40% increase over our 2008 transactions — bringing the firm’s overall portfolio occupancy above 95%.”
