City & State officials joined developers David Barry and Michael Barry of Ironstate Development and Jonathan Kushner and Jeff Persky of SK Properties for ceremonies celebrating the vertical construction of 225 Grand, a new 15-story luxury rental building featuring 348 residences and 1,700 square feet of retail space rising in downtown Jersey City.
