David and Michael Barry of Ironstate Development Join Partners SK Properties and Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy to Celebrate Vertical Construction of 225 Grand in Downtown Jersey City

State officials joined developers David Barry and Michael Barry of Ironstate Development and Jonathan Kushner and Jeff Persky of SK Properties for ceremonies celebrating the vertical construction of 225 Grand, a new 15-story luxury rental building featuring 348 residences and 1,700 square feet of retail space rising in downtown Jersey City. Leasing for the studios, one-and two-bedroom residences will begin in summer 2010.
