State and local officials joined business leaders and developers on Thursday, April 22nd, to cut a ceremonial ribbon dedicating the new 40 Park condominium building and Metropolitan at 40 Park rental building which were developed by Roseland Property Company and Woodmont Properties on the former site of the Epstein’s Department Story in downtown Morristown, NJ.
