Riverdale Mayor William Budesheim cut the ceremonial ribbon to officially unveil the collection of 212 apartment homes, hailed for its spacious and modern design, on-site recreational amenities and ideal location just minutes from Routes 23 and 287.
Trammell Crow Residential is developing Alexan Riverdale, which opened for leasing with strong interest earlier this year, as part of its signature series of Alexan rental neighborhoods. The new community features two four-story buildings, including a 100% smoke-free building that is the first of its kind in the Morris County marketplace, on a landscaped 15-acre site.
“This project is a reflection of a new philosophy for the Borough of Riverdale where the governing body, planning board and developer worked together to recognize the opportunity presented here and created a plan that called for the construction of a residential development that preserved valuable natural terrain and complied with the landscape of our community,” said Mayor Budesheim.
