HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. – A flurry of activity at The Shoppes at Wood’s Tavern has left only a limited number of suites available for lease at the renovated two-building retail and office complex located at the intersection of Route 206 and Amwell Road in the Somerset County Town of Hillsborough.
Larken Associates, developer, owner and manager of the complex, reports the entire first floor of retail space at 415 Amwell Road is now leased, leaving only second floor office suites available ranging from 305 square-feet to 4,960 square feet. At 438 Route 206, only three suites remain offering 511, 702 and 1,962 square feet.
Larken Associates has signed leases totaling more than 5,000 square feet at The Shoppes at Wood’s Tavern over the past few months, indicates Robert Market, an executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s exclusive broker. The new tenants join an establish roster of established business, including Baker’s Treat, L&L Carpet, Heavenly Sweets, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Hillsborough Pharmacy, J&L Nails, Hillsborough Barber, Benjamin Moore, Sahara Hair Salon and Aloha Mind Math.
“The Shoppes at Wood’s Tavern offers all the attributes local shops, services and businesses desire,” Mr. Marek points out. “First and foremost, it has an extremely desirable, highly-visible and easily accessible location on the corner of Route 206 and Amwell Road. Add in a number of capital improvements which are underway such as a new redesigned exterior façade with red brick accents, updated common spaces and new landscaping, and it’s easy to see why we’re attracting so much interest.”
Mr. Marek was responsible for arranging a 2,064 square foot lease with Halinka Polish Deli and a 1,612 sq.-ft lease with Kumon Learning Center at The Shoppes at Wood’s Tavern. Victor Kelly, another Raider Realty vice president, inked a 2,000 sq.-ft lease with Lee’s Sushi.
Spaces at The Shoppes at Wood’s Tavern are built-to-suit and can accommodate the individual needs of a wide range of tenants.
