BNE Associates Rebranded as BNE Real Estate Group to Create a Universal Identity for the Multi-Faceted Company

BNE Real Estate Group’s five-star residential community, Vizcaya, in West Orange, NJ, opened its doors to luxury homebuyers in 2009

BNE Associates, a national real estate development organization with more than 60 years of experience and the parent company of homebuilder Millennium Homes, announced today a rebranding of the company that includes a new name, BNE Real Estate Group, and website, http://www.bnerealestate.com, to better represent the company’s core operations under one universal identity.

The rebrand to BNE Real Estate Group reflects the firm’s focus on the development, investment and management of high quality diversified real estate assets across the country. The company’s increasing focus on multi-family development has translated into a number of new urban projects that it intends to break ground on in 2011. These include: 194 residences in Fort Lee, NJ; 139 residences in Jersey City, NJ and a large scale residential project in East Rutherford, NJ.

BNE Real Estate Group will retain Millennium Homes as the construction, sales, leasing and marketing division, which is responsible for building and marketing BNE Real Estate Group’s residential properties.

“Nothing about the company has changed except our focus on the future,” said Executive Vice President Jonathan Schwartz, who is helping to bring the organization into its third generation of excellence. “We believe this is the right time to enhance our brand with a new name that reflects our status as a significant real estate player. Our ability to do this is based on sound fundamentals and a successful track record in virtually every type of product, from low- and high-rise apartments to luxury townhouses and single-family homes to mixed-use projects.”

BNE Real Estate Group’s outstanding track record and achievements are rooted in the company’s collection of cross-disciplinary, in-house resources and outside relationships among prominent development partners, private investors and municipal and state agencies, allowing it to take on new opportunities and challenges during all economic cycles, including today’s recessionary climate.
