Lennar, one of the nation’s largest and most respected home builders, invites active-adult buyers to fall in love with the home of their dreams during a special Valentine’s Day event to be held at all three Greenbriar residential communities in New Jersey on Saturday and Sunday, February 19th and 20th.
During the event – which will take place from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm both days – guests will enjoy light refreshments, tour furnished model homes, learn more about Lennar’s new “Everything’s Included PLUS” program, and have opportunities to take advantage of special incentives of up to $100,000 on Quick Occupancy homes, depending on floorplan and community.
Unveiled just last month, the already-successful Everything’s Included PLUS program offers buyers the chance to purchase a new home complete with a long list of upscale features and designer upgrades such as whirlpools, granite countertops, surround sound systems and other customized finishing touches, all rolled into one affordable PLUS package price. It is an enhanced version of Lennar’s popular “Everything’s Included” platform, a sophisticated program launched in 2006 that offers the national homebuilder’s most popular upgrades and features already included in the purchase price.
The Valentine’s Day event will be held at Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township.
“We sold 15 homes during the first three days the Everything’s Included PLUS program was available, so clearly we’ve tapped into an area that’s resonating with buyers,” notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division. “It’s an opportunity to enjoy exceptional value and convenience while becoming part of a true resort-style community.”
Greenbriar Oceanaire features 1,400 single-family homes spread throughout 888 rolling acres of picturesque landscape in Waretown just north of Long Beach Island. Less than 300 of the home sites remain available for sale. Eight ranch-home designs range in size from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet of living space priced from the $300,000’s.
The leisurely lifestyle stems the community’s magnificent 38,000-square-foot clubhouse which offers year-round entertainment with its indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and boccie courts, a fully equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms and a grand ballroom. There’s also an Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship golf course that is located completely within the community.
In Monroe Township off Exit 8 on the New Jersey Turnpike, Greenbriar Stonebridge features 946 single-family residences ranging in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space priced from the $300s. Nine distinctive designs are available, including some with loft options, as well as “Twin” duplex designs which are priced from the $200s.
Residents enjoy a 41,000 square-foot recreational facility featuring a grand ballroom, magnificent theater with stadium seating, a luxurious spa, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, card room, computer center and meeting rooms. Outside, residents enjoy a resort-style pool and expansive sun deck and tennis courts.
Greenbriar Fox Ridge features 336 luxury condominium residences and exciting resort-like amenities in a picturesque setting. Prices currently start in the $200s for one- and two-bedroom, single-level homes that range in size from 979 to 1,997 square feet of living. Homes in the most recently released condominium building — which is under construction and ready for Hard Hat tours by appointment — already offer Everything’s Included PLUS features in the purchase price and offer one of the community’s best locations. The homes at Greenbriar Fox Ridge are located in three-story elevator buildings with secured underground parking. Residents enjoy a 16,000 square-foot grand clubhouse that features a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, social rooms and a tennis court.
