Brownstoner: Inside the Arias Park Slope

Arias Park Slope

We’ve been following 4th Avenue’s new apartment building between Douglass and Butler, The Arias, pretty closely, and yesterday took a tour of one- and two-bedroom units (there are also studios). Unfortunately, construction of the building’s many amenities hasn’t yet been completed. However, work on the building is expected to wrap within the next few weeks and should be move in ready by June. As for the rents: Studios start at $1,800, one-bedrooms at $2,200, and two-bedrooms at $3,100. The finishes appear to be pretty swank for rentals, likely on account of initial plans for the building to be a condo. The layouts we saw were fairly standard but everything felt spacious, with, of course, plenty of windows to go around. After taking a look, what do you think of those monthly prices? [Brownstoner]
