Lennar’s MusicFest, an outdoor food and music festival, will be held on Saturday, July 16 from noon to 4 p.m. at the national homebuilder’s 55-and-better communities of Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township. The rain date is Sunday, July 17.
Each festival will feature a different style of music for guests to enjoy. They’ll be dancing to the golden oldies at Greenbriar Stonebridge, jamming with the Caribbean Connection Island Band at Greenbriar Oceanaire and savoring the sweet serenades of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and Tom Jones at Greenbriar Fox Ridge. The food will be fun too. Sausage and pepper heroes, hot dogs, soft pretzels, ice cream and more will be served at the outdoor celebration.
The festival will highlight the incomparable outdoor and amenity spaces each Greenbriar community offers, such as the picturesque, 18-hole championship golf course and 38,000 square-foot clubhouse at Greenbriar Oceanaire, the 41,000 square-foot clubhouse at Greenbriar Stonebridge and the scenic enclave and charming clubhouse at Greenbriar Fox Ridge.
“It doesn’t get much better than spending a summer day outside one of our Greenbriar communities,” said Lennar New Jersey Division President Don Bompensa. “The communities each have a well-earned reputation for being lively, active and fun, and nothing highlights those qualities better than MusicFest. It will give people a chance to come out, have some fun and experience the Greenbriar lifestyle for themselves.”
Guests will enjoy food, music and dancing from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, as well as the opportunity to tour each community’s amenity spaces and model homes. All attendees must RSVP by July 11 and they must bring their entrance pass with them to enter the event. Please look for your complimentary pass in today’s real estate section and follow the printed instructions for reserving your space.
