The majority of real estate in the township consists of post-war, single-family homes, though some luxury condominiums have been built in the past decade. The Livingston Town Center, a mixed-use complex with condominiums, townhouses and about 20 retail shops, is adding new townhouses, with listing prices starting at $699,000, which will have 9-foot ceilings and marble fireplaces, and shared amenities such as a glass enclosed pool, clubhouse and fitness center.    READ MORE >>>
