MORRISTOWN, NJ – More than 75,000 square feet of office space has been leased at Headquarters Plaza in the first quarter of 2012 alone, according to Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, exclusive broker for the Class A commercial center located in the historic Morris County City of Morristown.

Nine companies have either signed, renewed or expanded leases at Headquarters Plaza in the past four months, demonstrating the continued appeal of the unique corporate complex and its location within a pedestrian-friendly, downtown urban environment offering dining, shopping, entertainment and mass transportation just steps away.
