FORT LEE, N.J. – Officials from BNE Real Estate Group announced today the “topping off” of Twenty50, marking the completion of vertical construction at the new luxury rental building in Fort Lee, NJ.

Located in the shadow of the George Washington Bridge, the $70 million building is now a full 12 stories tall, with nine residential floors over three floors of parking.  Leasing and occupancy for the building’s 194 rental residences — many of which will offer sweeping views of the bridge, Hudson River and Manhattan skyline – are scheduled for this summer.

Located at 2050 Central Road, Twenty50 is situated directly across the street from Fort LeeHistoricPark, the New Jersey section of the PalisadesInterstatePark.  The building is also a   short walk from Fort Lee’s quaint colonial town center, and is just minutes from an eclectic offering of dining, shopping and recreational options that line the Hudson River waterfront.

Transportation to and from Twenty50 will be extremely convenient for commuters. The George Washington Bridge, New Jersey Turnpike and Palisades Parkway are all easily accessible, and more than 15 different NJ Transit bus lines travel into Manhattan daily, stopping just two blocks from the building’s entrance.  NY Waterway ferry service to Manhattan is also available from the Edgewater Landing terminal just down the road.

Designed in partnership by architecture firm The Lessard Design Group and the interior design team at Minno & Wasko, Twenty50 will offer a distinctive collection of one- and two-bedroom residences featuring 714 to 1,287 square feet of living space and a host of condo-style appointments and finishes, such as hardwood flooring throughout, stone kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, and in-home washer/dryers.
