From left to right; Steven Winter, former Chairman of the USGBC, Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer and Larry Bijou of Bijou Properties recently joined together to celebrate the recognition of Edge Lofts being awarded LEED® Platinum Certification by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for achievement in green homebuilding and design. Edge Lofts is the first residential building in Hoboken to receive LEED® Platinum certification — the highest level in USGBC’s LEED for Homes program.
