RANDOLPH, N.J. – Value Companies, Inc. has completed one of its most comprehensive repositioning efforts at Gateways at Randolph, transforming the Morris County neighborhood into a modern, state-of-the-art rental community on par with many new construction apartment developments in the area’s housing market.

The Clifton, N.J.-based company instituted one of its “trademark” capital improvement programs to renovate and upgrade the recreational amenities, common spaces, physical grounds and more at the award-winning complex located at 44 Center Grove Road.   The renovation was completed last summer and paid immediate dividends with close to full occupancy now being reported at Gateways at Randolph.

At Gateways at Randolph, Value Companies started with the introduction of a brand new outdoor pool complex in 2012 which was upgraded to include a beach entry, elegant water features, as well as upgraded pavers and new outdoor furniture.  The company also re-landscaped various courtyards at the almost 65-acre property.

Several other new recreational and social amenities are also expected to be added at Gateways at Randolph as the improvement program moves ahead.  The upgrades are designed to bring the recreational and social amenities at the community up to modern standards and improve the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.
