SOMERSET, N.J. – The latest upscale condominium building at The Enclave at Canal Walk has quickly made its mark in the active adult marketplace with an enormously successful Grand Opening.

In one of the most notable debuts in recent memory at the popular Canal Walk neighborhood, 70% of the luxurious homes in the 6th condominium building have been sold in record time, according to Premier Development, which is developing of The Enclave at Canal Walk in Somerset County’s Franklin Township.
