Sales at Greenbriar Falls and Greenbriar at Villagio Will Launch in October
Hamilton, NJ- Lennar New Jersey announced today that it has acquired two existing active-adult communities in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties with the goal of completing them under its award-winning “Greenbriar” flag of resort-style communities.
Lennar will introduce an entirely new offering of single-family homes at Greenbriar at Villagio in South Brunswick, and will refashion the home designs at Greenbriar Falls in Tinton Falls with new homes featuring upgraded finishes and appointments.

Already completed at the community is a 4,200 square-foot clubhouse with a gathering area, card room, billiards room, fitness center, outdoor pool and walking trails, all in a location that is just two miles from the Garden State Parkway and close to the celebrated offering of restaurants, shops and boutiques in downtown Red Bank, as well as some of the state’s best golf courses and beaches.
In the Middlesex County town of South Brunswick — just ten minutes from downtown Princeton — Greenbriar at Villagio will feature a collection of 135 single-family homes. The community’s elegantly-designed homes will be complemented by passive recreation areas, manicured walking paths, picturesque ponds, tennis courts, basketball courts, gazebos and a waterfront amphitheater.
The two new communities join Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township to form the current portfolio of Greenbriar communities.
