Verona, NJ – Lennar will unveil a new furnished model home this weekend, March 21st and 22nd, at Huntington Park at Verona, an intimate collection of 33 townhomes located in the Essex County township of Verona.
Lennar tapped Brooklyn-based retailer West Elm to merchandize the model, which dramatically showcases the two-story floorplan’s 1,910 square feet of luxury living space. The home features two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, an open kitchen, living room, dining room, Master Suite with walk-in closet, loft space and a full basement.

The new model also showcases Lennar’s nationally-acclaimed “Everything’s Included” program, which provides today’s most popular features and upgrades already included in the purchase price. These include granite countertops, cabinetry, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances and electric and plumbing fixtures.
Three distinctive townhome designs have been created for Huntington Park to meet varying needs and tastes. Priced from the low-to-mid-$400,000s, the homes include two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and between 1,854 and 1,910 square feet of living space.
