SOMERSET COUNTY, N.J. – Premier Development, one of central New Jersey’s leading residential developers, was the recipient of several prominent industry recognitions when the New Jersey Builder’s Association handed out their 2015 Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards.

Two of the homebuilder’s most recent Somerset County developments were recognized at the event – Summerfields, a non-aged restricted community of single-family residences and townhomes in Franklin Township and Gateway at Royce Brook, an active adult neighborhood in Hillsborough.
Summerfields earned the prestigious “Community of the Year” award for Detached Community Over $400,000 and was cited for Best Brochure for a Detached Community. Gateway at Royce Brook received recognition for Best Signage for A Detached Community.

Sponsored by the New Jersey Builder’s Association, the SAM Awards annually recognizes the year’s most creative and successful residential programs within New Jersey. This year’s event was held at the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City during the New Jersey Builder’s Association’s Atlantic Builders Convention.
