ALLAMUCHY, NJ – Time is running out to purchase in the existing inventory of upscale townhomes at The Meadows at Panther Valley. Baker Residential, developer of the popular suburban community, is reporting a significant increase in sales activity that has led to 50% of the homes in its newest phase now sold.

In addition to the homes in the current phase, a select few residences with “Quick Move-In” dates are available at The Meadows at Panther Valley. Theses residences are available with occupancy ranging from immediately after signing a contract to three-to-six months from purchase and are being offered with special close-out pricing from just the low-$300,000s. Included in the “Quick Move-In” homes are two of the most popular townhome designs — the Oakmont and Augusta.
