WARETOWN, NJ – Car enthusiasts with a taste for nostalgia are invited to Lennar’s Greenbriar Oceanaire active adult community in Waretown this Saturday, June 20th, where a collection of vintage automobiles from the 1930s, ‘40s, ‘50s and ‘60s will be on display.
The Classic Car Show will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at the resort community just north of Long Beach Island. Attendees will have an opportunity to experience approximately 20 cars up close, provided by the Central New Jersey Car Club Association, as well as enjoy an assortment of refreshments and music representative of the respected eras. The rain date is June 27th.
“For many, the beginning of summer means barbecues and beach excursions, but it also brings with it the excitement of car show season and the opportunity to admire the classic automobiles that defined their eras,” said Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division. “We’re delighted to bring that opportunity to Greenbriar Oceanaire and look forward to providing visitors with a glimpse of what makes this community and setting so special.”
In addition to the Classic Car Show and related festivities, guests will be able to tour Greenbriar Oceanaire’s furnished model homes and celebrated amenities, including a 38,000 square foot clubhouse, outdoor pool and 18-hole championship golf course.
Located off of Exit 69 of the Garden State Parkway, just north of Long Beach Island, Greenbriar Oceanaire is a community of 1,400 single-family homes spread across 950 rolling acres of lush greenery. Fewer than 35 homes remain available for sale — with only a handful situated along the community’s private, 18-hole golf course.
Ten Ranch home designs are available, with 1,532 to 3,124 square feet of living space, and prices starting in the low-$300,000s. Just one week after being released, two of the six beautifully furnished model homes at the community are already sold. Customers who purchase these homes only need to pack their clothes and a toothbrush, since all of the furnishings and window treatments are included with the sale.
Greenbriar Oceanaire is one five communities that make up Lennar’s current Greenbriar series — all of which emphasize lifestyle and amenities that complement innovative home designs with modern finishes and appointments. Greenbriar Stonebridge features three distinctive home designs and a 42,000 square-foot clubhouse in Monroe Township. Greenbriar Fox Ridge offers condo-style living in pastoral Rockaway Township. Greenbriar Falls in Tinton Falls offers an enclave of 49 new single-family homes in Monmouth County, and Greenbriar at Villagio delivers a collection of 135 single-family homes to South Brunswick, just outside of Princeton.
For many, though, there is nothing like the lifestyle Greenbriar Oceanaire offers, anchored by the golf course and an amenity-packed clubhouse which was named “Best Clubhouse” by the New Jersey Builders Association. Offering year-round entertainment, the spectacular recreation hub features indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and bocce courts, a fully-equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms, a grand ballroom and a Grille Room with a full bar. The clubhouse also acts as a gathering place for friends, clubs, classes and activities that are regularly offered at the community. A Lifestyle Director ensures the activities are always fresh, exciting and well organized.
Outside, the Arthur Hills-designed golf course — located entirely within the community — challenges golfers of all levels while providing an attractive landscape. Numerous marinas are nearby for boating enthusiasts and some of New Jersey’s most upscale beach towns are only a short drive away.
Homes at Greenbriar Oceanaire include such upscale interior appointments as dramatic vaulted, sloped or step ceilings; oversized windows and ceramic tile floors. Kitchens include GE stainless steel appliances, breakfast nooks and granite countertops; while sumptuous master baths feature Roman-style soaking tubs, separate shower stalls, double vanity sinks and decorator vanity cabinets.
Additional value is offered through Lennar’s nationally-acclaimed “Everything’s Included” program which provides buyers with today’s most popular features and upgrades already included in the purchase price.
