New store opens at Madison Farms, first apartment building leased

The first building of luxury apartments at Madison Farms is fully leased and the second retailer in the shopping center opened its doors this weekend.

New residents are moving into the Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania, community almost daily, developers KRE Group and The Silverman Group said in a news release.

The first apartment building is located next to the clubhouse and steps from ShopRite of Bethlehem, the first store to open in the development.

The Shops at Madison Farms welcomed its second retailers to the shopping center when PetValu, which sells pet food, treats, toys and accessories, opened its doors this weekend.
