BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, PA, – Madison Farms, the luxury residential community and retail village in Bethlehem Township, will host a community block party on Saturday, May 14th from noon to 4 p.m.
All members of the public are invited to come enjoy free food, lawn games, and much more. A festival area will be set up in front of the community’s clubhouse with a variety of entertainment options. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the shop owners, store managers and other members of the Madison Farms retail community, as well as enjoy unique activities, giveaways and prizes.
“Our one goal for our community block party at Madison Farms is to make sure that everyone has a good time,” said Jonathan Kushner, President of The KRE Group, which developed Madison Farms in partnership with The Silverman Group. “Since we opened our doors, the residents of the Lehigh Valley have been such excellent neighbors. We’d like to invite them all to come out on May 14th to relax, enjoy some food, and celebrate with us.”
Madison Farms opened in June, 2015 when the first rental apartments were made available for lease. One month later, the ShopRite of Bethlehem Township, the anchor tenant for The Shops at Madison Farms, opened its doors. Now more than a dozen businesses and nearly 200 residents call the community home. Several new businesses are expected to open this year and more residents are moving in every day.
“Now that the community has truly taken shape, the energy of Madison Farms is palpable,” said Jeremy Kaplan, Chief Operating Officer of The KRE Group. “This is an ideal time to invite our friends, neighbors and everyone else in the Valley to come join us for an afternoon of food and fun to see what we are all about.”
More information on the Madison Farms community block party will soon be posted on the community’s website, www.MadisonFarmsRentals.com. More information is also available by contacting the leasing office at (610) 628-4063.
