Given by a panel of real estate industry experts from New Jersey and beyond, the celebrated achievement distinguishes the Livingston-based company as one of the state’s most exceptional residential apartment management companies. Sterling Properties was officially named as the Management Company of the Year “Market Rate Under 2,000 Units.” The award was one of several take home by the development company during the NJAA gala event held on November 10th at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch, N.J.
