BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, PA – Madison Farms, the mixed-use community off of Freemansburg Avenue in Bethlehem Township, announced today that its newest retail tenant, Pearle Vision, is open for business.
Owned locally by Madison Farms residents Steve and Lisa Roseman, the store will build on the legacy of its predecessor location in the Bethlehem Square Shopping Center, where the Rosemans have operated their business for 20 years. Customers can expect the same products and services they have always enjoyed from Pearle Vision in a more modern, aesthetically-pleasing environment.
“Relocating to Madison Farms offers us excellent growth potential and a new, fresher look for the store,” Mr. Roseman said. “We’re pretty excited. We want to assure everyone that they can expect the same staff and service quality. It’s just a nicer location. Same people, different spot.”
Pearle Vision is dedicated to delivering quality eye care service to the Bethlehem community, offering in-store eye exams and a premium selection of designer eye wear frames. As always, the store will be community-focused. The Rosemans will continue to provide free eye exams and glasses to children in need as part of their “Vision Initiative”, in partnership with St. Luke’s Hospital, which aims to reduce the number of local children and teens who would otherwise not have the means to have their vision care needs addressed.
Pearle Vision joins an already thriving retail village at Madison Farms, home to businesses such as ShopRite of Bethlehem, Starbucks, Provident Bank, Pet Valu, Lightbridge Academy, Subway, Chocolate Works, Pure Barre, Verizon Wireless, Elite Nails, MOD Pizza, Chipotle, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, and Complete Dental of Easton. The opening of a Steak ‘n Shake restaurant has also been announced.
“We are proud that a business with a 20-year track record of service to the Bethlehem community has decided to set up shop here at Madison Farms,” said Jeremy Kaplan, Chief Operating Officer of The KRE Group, which developed the property in partnership with The Silverman Group. “Madison Farms continues to grow in both its residential and commercial leasing. We believe Pearle Vision will flourish here as part of a thriving retail base that attracts a steady stream of customers on a daily basis.”
Madison Farms is a 100-acre property across the street from St. Luke’s Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township, near Routes 33 and 78, which will ultimately comprise 837 luxury residences and 153,000 square feet of retail space. The community is built around a central clubhouse with an outdoor pool. Features such as walking trails, ponds, parks, a dog run and a pond-view restaurant with outdoor seating are also planned.
The new Madison Farms Pearle Vision is located at 4753 Freemansburg Avenue and can be reached at 610-866-1000. Eye exams can also be scheduled online by visiting http://www.pearlevision.com.
