Southgate Middletown will officially welcome its sparkling outdoor pool and sundeck with a special Pool Party on Saturday, July 16^th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Residents and potential renters alike are invited to attend the Pool Party which will include tasty summer delights from a popular local ice cream truck.  Developer Sterling Properties will host the festive event at the luxury rental community in Orange County, N.Y.
