Standing in a soaring two-story entry lobby, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop joined other municipal officials and representatives of Fisher Development Associates today to open Vantage, a new luxury 448-unit waterfront rental building in the city’s downtown Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.
