Jersey City has emerged as a first-choice destination rather than a neighborhood of last resort, and proof of that can be found at Gull’s Cove, a two-building, 429-condo development in the Liberty Harbor neighborhood. The first phase was completed in 2008. The second phase, known as Gull’s Cove II, ground to a halt during the recession but came back stronger than ever in 2016. A complete sellout is on the horizon.
