LONG BRANCH – Construction of South Beach at Long Branch, a beachfront luxury high-rise condominium, reached its zenith Friday.
FEM South Beach Urban Renewal took a break from building to mark the milestone. Tradespeople and friends signed a sheetrock panel that will be added to the building.
“This is really about you today to see what you’ve accomplished,” said Mimi Feliciano, CEO and owner of FEM Real Estate, speaking to the South Beach construction and design teams and tradespeople that are working on the project.
The condos will rise in a pair of eight-story glass towers with three-sided vistas. The architecture was inspired by luxury buildings along Miami’s South Beach. It will have 47 owner-occupied units that currently priced at $1.5 million.
