A joint venture has marked the opening of a new 257-unit residential building in Harrison, where renters have already leased nearly a third of the available apartments.
The developers, BNE Real Estate Group and Hornrock Properties, joined local officials on Thursday to unveil the upscale complex known as One Harrison. Located along the Passaic River, the property at 1 Harrison Ave. has leased 79 apartments since it became available in mid-May, signaling the town’s continued strength as a rental market.
BNE and Hornrock will hope to build on the momentum in the months ahead as they break ground on another 242 apartments just a few blocks away, one of several projects that are ongoing in the town’s waterfront redevelopment zone. FULL STORY
