A development team is hailing a leasing milestone at a new luxury apartment building in Harrison, where renters have snatched up more than two-thirds of the available 257 units.
BNE Real Estate Group and Hornrock Properties announced Tuesday that their property, One Harrison, is more than 70 percent leased after debuting in mid-May. The developers touted the response as a sign of the appetite for modern interiors, abundant amenities and easy access to New York City via the nearby Harrison PATH station.
