A 37-story luxury rental building is set to open this fall in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District.
351 Marin will feature 507 residential units located at 351 Marin Blvd., in close proximity to the Grove Street PATH station, commuter ferries with service to Lower and Midtown Manhattan and the Hudson Bergen Light Rail system, the Kushner Real Estate Group said in a news release.
The property is a joint venture between KRE Group and Northwestern Mutual, and the Marketing Directors will serve as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property, KRE Group said.
